Questioning the classroom

Ideally, education is a conscious effort to prepare students through counseling, teaching and or training for their role in the future. The young generation is the investment of human resources for the vanguard of national defense and as citizens form of existence of the prerequisites.

While the latter is called education in non-formal, which is an educational process that most of the activities of the learning process and lead to skills guidance to be gained by the participants after they have educated students from the institution or the institution, for example we can see in courses, let alone a computer course where participants are given the knowledge that qualified students in theory to real applications in practice.
Education in our country by and large aimed at realizing the noble ideals that have been planned and launched by the predecessors of our country, among which seeks to educate the nation’s life in a society, nation and state for the sake of Indonesian society to realize the full, fair and prosperous. Communication as supporting teaching and learning process

It is very ironic that the teaching we do on our day-to-day life has a goal of that is very idealistic to realize the whole person both life and body but if we look beyond the fact that happened in reality we often see that most of the teaching conducted in schools or an institution in the name of a good education from primary level to upper level college and even classical in the sense given by teachers in this respect as a teacher giving an explanation to a number of learners orally, if only so we can try to achieve our noble goals, or is there other supporting?

Of course all that happens in this life there must be other support which can become very significant at all in order to achieve one goal. Therefore, factors that can support the success of the learning process between teachers and students to achieve their goals one aspect that we often ignore and we should look at is the communication process that occurs therein.

Indeed in classical lessons given to the group mass or mass is very effective for the purpose of conveying information to say it once or several times. A problem can come to many listeners, but in the aspect of teaching and learning there is more than just one aspect that must be taken into account, and one of the aspects of teaching and learning is communication, as we have mentioned above. And may we say that with the communication process a learning process can we know the extent of its success.
Models of communication in the classroom is one model that is deemed sufficient by presenting the components of the existing communication as well as faculty, students, media and even the formulation and interpretation of the results of the learning process. And that became the core of the problem is analyzing the components of communication by using the paradigm model or any symptoms. And hopefully with the existence of analyzing this component is expected to bring benefits both for students, teachers, and institutions and hopefully from this model can apply and creates good communication of teaching and learning process with the aim of increasing the quality or quantity and of education that exist today objectively.

Communication simply we can say as an interaction involving the two correlation interrelation between two people or more in order to realize a goal that will achieve together. In a communication interaction that happens in it can be passive and even can be active. This means that communication is passive in that process of interaction that occurs between the communicant and communicators is only one direction only without the existence of a reciprocal process in it, while the communication process we can say progress is active when the interaction between the communicator and the communicant place dynamically towards a progression towards the achievement of.

In the academic process (as far as the observations) the barriers that often occurs is if the material given to students tedious in the sense of material that should not be too important to be conveyed to learners on to say again that in terms of time efficiency is reduced and the resulting material should be conveyed to students this time to be reduced as well. And in this case a teacher is also charged indirectly to interact well with the learners in order to realize the ideal teaching-learning process, where in these activities take place in both directions between teacher and pupil is not in one direction only, it is considered reasonable because we as humans can not survive without communication.

So when viewed from the lens components and related models in the classroom teaching-learning interaction, can be observed whether the teaching-learning process is the communication process going well or not.
